Support and Maintenance

Smart Digital Signage products are a robust trouble free solution, so any problems are highly unlikely, however do call us to discuss what the problem is and we can arrange technical help.
During initial setup and cut-over dates please co-ordinate with us as we can arrange for particular setup support either remotely or on-site.

Annual Maintenance & Support

• Smart Digital Signage offers Annual Maintenance and Support (AMS) for our products. AMS allows for regular updates to the software, and for phone technical support.
• AMS provides peace of mind, and ensures that your products are up to date, and always current as well as Smart Digital Signage providing first line and fast support.
• Smart Digital Signage technicians are also available as second line support should we encounter a problem that needs escalation.
• AMS does not include on-site support for problems that are outside software issues. If you are unsure please contact Smart Digital Signage for details.
